I am committed to providing expectant women and their families with information and continuous support before, during and in the hours following childbirth. I believe a woman should birth her child in a way which feels right to her. My role is to support that decision and help create the best birth experience possible for all involved.
Birth Doula Services
I provide birth doula services for natural,
medicated, VBAC and cesarean births. A birth doula provides:
• Emotional support
• Assistance in creating a birth plan
• Information on all aspects of labor,
delivery and medical procedures
• Physical support during labor and delivery,
including position suggestions, massage and
other natural comfort measures
• Support and information for the partner to
optimize participation in the birth process
• Help with breastfeeding preparation and initiation
Birth Doula Package includes:
• Interview at no charge
• Prenatal visit
• 24/7 phone support
• Constant support throughout labor and delivery
and assistance in establishing breastfeeding
after birth
• Postpartum visit
• Birth Story (written record of your birth)
